Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to the parking service at at the Mall.
By subscribing, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Subscription and Renewal:
- The subscription is exclusively for employees and requires proof of employment at the Mall or affiliated entities.
- Subscriptions are offered on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis.

2. Payment Method:
- Subscription fees must be paid online through the subscription website.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid.

3. Parking Usage:
- The subscription allows the employee to use one parking spot per subscription.
- The subscription cannot be transferred or used by another individual.
- All parking rules and guidelines must be adhered to.

4. Cancellation:
- Subscribers are not entitled to a refund for the remaining duration of the subscription.

5. Modifications:
- We reserve the right to amend subscription fees or terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes before implementation.

6. Liability:
- The Mall is not responsible for any damages or losses to vehicles or their contents while using the parking facilities.
- Subscribers must ensure their vehicles are locked, and no valuables are left inside.

7. Subscription Termination:
- We reserve the right to terminate the subscription without prior notice in case of a violation of any terms and conditions.

9. Acceptance of Terms:
